Kristy and all remaining assembly members,
ICANN and it's limited staff is a result of poor financial management
and poor judgment on the part of those ICANN Board members that
did the initial hiring.
These obvious problems with their voting/nominating system for the
At-Large membership are a result of ignorance and incompetence
that does not inspire confidence in ICANN being able to handle
the DNS/ROOT Servers, IP Number protocol issues, and Protocol
issues on a technical level. This program that ICANN has developed
for Voting/Nominating is several levels below these other important
areas of ICANN technical responsibility as they are mandated to do.
