To All Registrars:

The NSI Registry published a Press Release today that announced our
statement of direction on Multilingual domain names.  As noted in the Press
Release, NSI Registry will soon begin taking steps to enable the
registration of Multilingual domain names through all active accredited
registrars.

In the near future, we will be providing all registrars with additional
detailed information.
