An inherent problem: I can't conduct any kind of background investigation
myself (on the net), as most people on the Europe list are not
English/Spanish/Portuguese speakers (my languages), and certainly no-one who
stands a chance of nomination. This geographical constituency thing is
really artificial. Here we vote in the dark or don't vote at all.
