I nearly registered the .net myself, but thought .org was more in tune
with the original purpose of the TLDs. Even if this has been given up
officialy.

My main concern is that this case sets a precedent. The TM lobby cleverly
moves ahead with a case against a porn domain for which nobody has much
sympathy, or rather does not want to show sympathy. Next time someone from
wherever who calls his company Fun may claim all domains with fun in it.
I doubt the owner of bodacious-tatas.com will fight this case in court. It
is probably not worth the money it costs. So we must fight it in the
press. Setting up a little site is a good (and inexpensive) way to get
attention. I hope...
