There are no facts at issue.  The article is almost entirely composed 
of quotes from people with opinions.  The very first line is "One man's 
test is another's attempted hijack."  Becky Burr is the only person 
quoted with any objectivity.

I find it especially amusing that Karl Deninger and Richard Sexton are 
quoted as "Net caretakers close to the situation".

In a word, Chris, the article is garbage.
