[ga] [ADMIN] Crossposting

There have been a number of messages on the GA list that are crossposted to 
the icann-europe@fitug.de and icann-candidates@egroups.com list.

Note that in general, crossposted messages won't get through to the GA 
list, and crossposting is therefore not a good way to ensure that you are 
heard.
The filters will be updated to ensure that the non-crossposting policy is 
followed.
