Having to repeat it is probably more tiresome than having to hear it again.

The problem is that it is repeated in response to repeated efforts at 
claiming the legitimacy of an activity that, long-ago, should have gone away.

Having a constituency that represents individual domain name holders is 
entirely legitimate.  But it needs to represent individual domain name holders.
