Yes. This is the way to go about it. There is overlap with the DNSO review
topic, but an existing constituency that has been  petitioning for
recognition for 18 months, that has a Charter, membership criteria  and
elected representatives should be a key factor in that review.
The Reviewers should be fully aware of all the facts pertaining to it.
