[ga] Comm ACM article
This month's Communications of the ACM has an interesting article
by Lenny Foner of MIT, "Fixing a Flawed Domain Name System":
"ICANN's primary mission is broken beyond redemption, and
arguments about the details of its arrangements anount to
re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic."
He refers to the page for a Workshop he chaired at CFP 2000:

For anyone who doesn't know, ACM (http://www.acm.org/) is
the Association for Computing Machinery, the field's oldest
and most prestigous professional society. CFP is the annual
conference on Computers, Freedom and Privacy. Information
on the next one is at http://cfp.org/
