The Committee on Energy and Commerce at Office Building to formally
organize for the 107th Congress. The meeting will be open to the public.
Our agenda will be as follows:
Adoption of the Committee Rules;
Adoption of Subcommittee jurisdictions;
Adoption of Subcommittee ratios;
Appointment of Subcommittee Chairmen and Vice Chairmen;
Selection of a Vice Chairman of the Full Committee;
Appointment of Republican Members to Subcommittees; and,
Appointment of Democratic Members to Subcommittees (if possible).

The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Telecommunications has
scheduled a hearing for , at . The hearing, entitled "Is ICANN's New
Generation of Internet Domain Name Selection Process Thwarting Competition?"
will focus on ICANN's recently announced selections of registry operators
for new top level domains.
