Re: [ga] Reform in the GA?


I prompt the following motion to the Chair:

"
The DNSO/GA wants to directly elect its Chairman. This requires a change in 
the iCANN bylaws. It therefore request the NC:
- to address that issue with the Board at the earliest convenience.
- in the meanwhile to commit to the DNSO/GA that they will elect as a Chair 
the person selected by the DNSO/GA.
