I agree with the basic principle of a WG that can look into the question,
but I would also like to point out that we should not think that we have to
wait the output of the WG before acting: we already have a basic set of
rules, and a voting procedure.
While waiting for a set of more detailed rules, like "modified Roberts", we
still can put a motion to votes.
