I would like to take full responsibility of what happened in MdR in relation
to the remote comments, and apologise.

It has been always my intention to take remote comments, and I believe that
this co-ordination between Ben (and all the Berkman folks) and the Chair did
work well in Cairo and in Yokohama.
I am sure that Ben tried to call my attention to the remote contributions,
including votes, but the development of the events on site caught all my
attention, not leaving any left for the communication from the Berkman crew.
I apologise again.

Maybe the only modification is to authorize the Berkman people to make more
active signs and catch the attention of the Chair.

Roberto
