Joanna and all remaining assembly members,

  I would have to say that from Ben's comments, you are correct, Joanna.
But than ICANN has never been very high on voting of any kind.  And I
agree with your remedy as well, as do most of our members.  This would
of course strongly apply to those "Boardsquatters" still remaining.
