IMHO, Jeff Williams has the good questions. GA is not currently politically
distributed/polluted. I think we should preserve that.

Technically, the Chair of an assembly which should elect 47% of the BoD is
a key person. IMHO the real question is: do we want a Chair to manage the
GA list so it may grow itself into a new vision, or do we want a leader to
impose on the BoD a new vision of the GA?
May be the candidates could tell us their own positions?
