Still, I cannot shake off the feeling, that the testing was wholly
done by speculators and that they were catered for. One registrar
offered european language preregistrations a few weeks back before
those started, but people had to do at least 100. Also the rush for
the european names, with software at registrars that wasn't fully
functional, suggests that testing was not the only point. To me at
least.
(I have no experience with the asian language names.)
