Yes they should be. Used the NZ term automatically.

Yeah that is worth mentioning. I don't want to make this the *main*
point because that will allow the proponents of the deal to dismiss
the concerns too easily by saying this is a separate issue and can be
worked out regardless of contract changes. It is however clearly all
inter-connected.
