In fact, the adoption of the US Federal Reserve as
the monetary arbiter of the US Currency was
resolved by a mere three voters... unanimously,
with the rest of the House being absent/away on
vacation at the time(!) If this doesn't squash the
illegitimacy based on numbers argument, then I
really don't know what will...
