I too am very concerned in this regard. It is a problem that seems to
plague the ICANN process as a whole, not just the DNSO GA. This
problem has been discussed and debated on several occasions. The chair
responded with the banning of those that were concerned and expressing
those concerns...

Agreed. I reflect back to the "Federalist Papers" where James Monroe
was almost signally responsible for most of them being published, and also
the primary author.
