I use a system called, Mindit. Just enter the URL you want watched. It will
send an email when it changes. Here is the URL:

I think it would be a good idea, provided that all updates and changes were
part of any proposed notificaton system. I'm especially curious about the
removal of the AtLarge Membership link from the ICANN homepage. Can anyone
shed some light on it?
