I have heard stories about such creatures, but I have
seen little evidence of their existence.

The key is to inform elected representatives on how
misguided ICANN BoD decisions can adversely affect
their constituencies.

These constituencies are (for better or worse)
composed of both individual and corporate interest,
and it often (unfortunately) takes the ire of both
components to draw a representative official to
action.

In this way, the representatives of states that are
home to potential competitors of VSGN might be more
receptive to lobby, since the economy and labor of the
region they represent depends on the contracts
negotiated with VSGN.
