ICANN-related discussion lists often must process comments and queries that
are not really a matter of debate as they are a matter of basic
education. That is, the poster is concerned about understanding the actual
terms and conditions of ICANN-related activities.
There will always be new people involved, needing to obtain detailed
background about ICANN-related facts.
The question is how to provide them with the necessary material, short of
saying 'go read the following mass of documents'?
Constantly having to go over basic material on these lists is extremely
inefficient.
Any suggestions.
