 Oh, I guess I was unclear , what I meant was :
 I am really upset about those NC members which "forgott" to attend
 the tel-conf in which the decision was done (knowing that IF they had attended
 and IF they had voted as they explained before, the BoD had not only
 broken the spirit but also the law {a minor difference from my point of view} )
