It appears that my terse posting has been misunderstood.

What I mean is simply that the chairs' first place to look for priorities
is in the motions that have been seconded and not opposed. These are
expressions of the will of the Assembly for priorities in its agenda.
I hope it is now clear enough. <sigh>

Can the Chair or co-chair please summarize the seconded motions, opposed
and unopposed, that have been made since his election?
