[ga] Subscribing to [ga-full]

I would remind Michael and others on the [ga] mailing list that you may
subscribe to [ga-full] by sending an email to Majordomo@dnso.org with the
words "subscribe ga-full" in the text part of the message.

That list provides a complete and unexpurgated record of all postings
including those from persons who have had their posting rights temporarily
suspended.  You may then kill-file whoever you wish.

As an added bonus, you will also find that there is less delay in receiving
responses from the list mailer.
