Yes Bret, they are...  the DNSO is paying for it.  Consider the following:

Council members,
The DNSO seeks a sponsor to cover a share of the costs of web-casting of the
DNSO meetings in Stockholm.

ICANN have asked us to cover a contribution of US$12,500 towards webcasting
(a share of the total costs estimated at US$50,000).

Sponsor benefits include:
a display table outside the main hall
a link from the ICANN web site to the sponsor's web site using the sponsor's
logo,
acknowledgement of the sponsorship at the meetings.

Please consider this for your own organisations and ask around to others.
Please advise me of any leads.
