Then, please clarify me the following things:

1.  Who proposed the close of GA-FULL mailing list?
2.  Who said that creating 5 managing mailing lists takes 2 hours?

If it wasn't you then me apologizes and all those referrals to your name
regarding close of GA-FULL mailing should be changed for the name of the
person who proposed such thing in the Names Council Teleconference of May
9.
