Fine. But the first round TLD expansion process saw Icann place the burden of marketing and market penetration upon the Registry and they were not bashful about $ expectations. At the same time, Icann also artificially restrained Registry unit pricing. Something has to give here or Icann refrain from artificial practices in their decision-making process.
