I Second this motion.

I want also to add a comment.

I want to point out to the ICANN Board the advantages of include in ICANN
Budget Funding SOs based in discussions I have read about their status as Tax
exempted organization.   If ICANN Board adds to the Budget all SOs, also there
would chance that more organizations fund ICANN even if it is for very specific
activities, because now the can include more needs based on SOs needs that
maybe can find organizations interested to fund such needs.
