I am very concerned about dilution. If the SO system is to work, it is by it's
very nature disciminatory and exclusive within each constitutency. (if you think I
am wrong look at the ccTLD and the IP charters) We have a major problem in that
as soon as you create it and put someone in place to run it, they are disqualified
by their position. Please read "Animal Farm".
I am sure that men as intelligent and experienced as Chris and Jeff can solve this
problem.
