There's a bit of a Catch-22 here, Danny.  You post your message to the GA
list because you want everyone to read it.  Those who respond will naturally
reply in the same manner thus forcing the thread to continue on the GA list.

Perhaps the ONLY way to get people to post to GA-RULES is for people to post
to GA-RULES.  Otherwise it's a Chicken and Egg situation.
