Excellent - thanks Danny.  Would be useful to know the name of the
person whose term is up.

While it is the NC not the GA which votes on the Board member it would
be useful if all those people interested in the nomination
participated here and took part in Q&As etc.  

I would certainly be interested to ask nominees under what
circumstances they would vote for a Board resolution which has been
opposed by the DNSO which appointed them.

Also an understanding of what priorities potential nominees envision
for themselves would be good.
