i fully agree with bret here !!!

there are many parties who have participated over the last 18 months in
discussion who are quite qualifed to participate.  you should ask for
self-nominations to the list as well as other recommendations

dan steinberg's name comes to mind as one who has made many contributions in
the past to domain policy lists and a person who has a very strong knowldege
of the process
