Milton, Sotris and all assembly members,

  Milton is quite likely correct here.  Thankfully I have some experience
and background in law and have yet to have my "butt sewed up in a sling"
by would be crafty lawyers.  In addition I have an excellent legal
advisory staff to consult with as well...
