What he is saying is that your inflammatory comments in that
communication indicate tendencies and positions which make you
unsuitable for the position.

It's a public archive, Patrick. You had no expectation of privacy.

Before your and Danny's escapades started here, we had one, who acted
as he saw fit, and with a few exceptions did a decent job of it,
acting on his own initiative, instead of by committee.
The moderators should be independent and free to receive complaints
iand act on them independently. Much like a ticketing system, the
moderators can say "I'm handling complaints #5-8 in the queue, and
dispensing with them." Unless those decisions are appealed to the
Chair, that is the end of it.
