I've known Chris McElroy since WG-Review. He has a very distinctive style of
writing, and a passionate interest in UDRP, with a thorough knowledge and
understanding of the issues. If the implication is that he is Jeff Williams
in disguise, you need not worry...:-)

Chris was first nominated on the list by myself, seconded by Ross @Tucows,
but Jeff pipped us to the post on the formal submission to the Secretariat.

If you believe that UDRP problems have arisen in part because of too many
lawyers and not enough attention to the public trust, and that what it
really needed is to form a balanced Task Force of both lawyers and some
common sense advocacy of the public interest, Chris is your man.
