Patrick,

I don't believe this is true.  As far as I know, there
is no restriction limiting us to discussion of one
issue at a time.

However, even though I am of a dissenting opinion, I
agree with Jonathan Weinberg et al., that your motion
has up to this point built consensus among members who
have posted their preference. (Based on the 2/3
support standard commonly accepted by other
organizations)
