None of this has anything to do with the issues concerning the rollout of
more TLDs which was the point of this thread. I assume, then, that you
agree that ICANN has failed miserably in involving the relevant people in
their decision-making process.
The relevant people are
-The potential domain buyers and users (the most important group)
-The registries and registrars
-Other groups with interest such as lawyers and big business (who largely
want to make sure nobody else can buy domain names).
