For those of you interested in registrar issues, the second quarter 2001 
snapnames.com report on the "State of the Domain" has some rather interesting 
statistics and a flow chart to better understand the deletion cycle.  
Additionally it offers a very interesting commentary on the Second Advisory 
Concerning Equitable Allocation of Shared Registration System Resources.
