What I like about you Jeff is that you can always be relied upon to state
the obvious...:-).
What we have here is akin to a situation with a "Natural TLD" (meaning an
ICANN approved TLD) and an "Artificial TLD" (meaning interception at
browser level to resolve to a URL that masquerades as a TLD/ 2nd level). To
refer to the latter by the label of "Domain Name Space" sounds to me not
dissimilar to "artificial natural flavor", ergo passing off, which may well
fool the ill-informed general public, hence my concern to know exactly how
Mr. Langdell is addressing this issue in the best interests of the public,
if at all.
