First of all, your subject line change is just the kind of behavior
that the rules prohibit.

Secondly, moderators are not elected, they serve at the pleasure of
the Chair.  My comments are that Danny needs to take a more active
look at the effectiveness of those in that position, and make the
necessary changes.

As it turns out, it may be that the moderators lack the requisite
tools to do their job.  If that is in fact true, then it is the
chair's responsibility to find a way to fix that.
