Bill and all assembly members,

  Bill, this whole ICANN mess is full of filthy politics.  It was the choice

of the ICANN BoD and staff to make it so.  So shall it be until we
can get it cleaned up!  To do that, we must clean out an up the
disgusting elements of the ICANN BoD and staff.  So if you
don't have the stomach for it, than stand aside...
