Jefsey and all assembly members,

  I am in agreement with Jefsey.  We [INEGroup] have made it quite clear
where our policy is on this and these sorts of issues.  Domain names regardless

or what TLD name space they reside in, should be determined by a
First come First serve basis.  Neither individuals or countries governments
have a superior right to a domain name, regardless of the similarity to their
respective country names.
