[ga] DNSO - Continued existance..

All assembly members,

  DUe to the many attempts of divisiveness and political wrangling with
arcane GA List rules, it is unlikely that the restructuring that the
ICANN
BoD and staff has in mind will allow for the DNSO and specifically
the GA to exist.  The ICANN BoD has already pretty much made up
it's mine on this eventuality.  And for the time being we have a ICANN
BOD that is a top down policy making structure with insufficient or
no broad stakeholder representation or membership.
