Again and again, the wording now is the "ICANN community" ..... not anymore
the "Global Internet community". ccTLD should be cautious as they claim
their legitimacy being from the Local Internet Community. Already it is no
more generci TLDs but global TLDs. ccTLD DNs are not taken into account for
@large double paying membership...
