What's going on is that ICANN is in the pocket of all those fine folks who
do that kind of profiteering, and thus has put nothing in any of its agreements
that would prevent them from ripping off you and me by any means they can
come up with. Just as ICANN and Verisign, etc., seem to have set up the
ACPA ( that cybersquatting abomination) so that registrars can hoard and do
other things that are prohibited to us peons.
That's the charge. Anyone want to dispute it?
