what a good Job our chair, Danny was doing... How does that jive?

We have a fairly secure voting system for the DNSO GA now. What is lacking
is the secretariat ability to generate a ballot in a timely manner. That is not
a problem that the Chair has. Ergo your use of this as an example is both
a misfit and a distraction in error.

GA members are partly responsible to keep themselves abreast
of Board Actions as they are published on the ICANN Web site.
So again, siting this as a example of additional duties that would
potentially overwhelm a potential Chair is also seemingly in error.

The Chair didn't start this thread. So I am having trouble understanding
this comment/remark....
