I don't know William; if the position is seen as we view our vice president then
it is logical. If not then exactly what is the position - a co-chair? I don't
think I get your model, please explain. If he may be antagonistic to the chair
well then he cannot fill in for him, if he is simpatico then he should be chosen
in that fashion.
Personally I think we need a chair and a president filling two different roles
with the chairman next in succession to the president.
