RE: [ga] Songbird in the BC?
Technically, one can join as many constituencies as will put up with you.
Legally, one only has to spend a few hundred bucks on some paper. BTW, MHSC
has been my sole source of support since 1997. Yet, it does not qualify for
the BC. OTOH, Mr. Crispin is employed by LLNL.GOV. How he gets into the
DNSO/BC is beyond my meager understanding. AFAIK, he does not run a business
and his songbird is strictly a hobby.
