Who do you think is "charged with the coordination activities of the
Internet" ?
If you think ICANN is, then, in my opinion, that may be where your bus took
a wrong turn. I doubt that anyone would trust coordination activities of the
Internet
to a group that knows so little about the Internet and clearly does not use
it very much.
ICANN is a face-to-face, old-school, let's have a meeting in meat-space
crowd.
If I recall, you seemed to be in the middle of that in Sweden. 99.9% of the
rest of the
Internet was busy doing other things. They are charged with the coordination
activities
of the Internet, not ICANN.
Until the time comes and you join with that 99.9% and take real actions such
as
developing or installing new software, or building a company to serve the
current
market demands, etc. you will be stuck riding at the back of the ICANN bus,
which in my opinion is going no where of any interest to 99.9% of the
Internet
users in the world.
